83-04 Chevy S10 Long Arm solid axle conversion kit using coils

Super 10 Kit.

The new super 10 solid axle swap kit takes the S10 to the next level of performance and off-road ability. The kit is designed to use readily available Jeep Dana 30 or Jeep Dana 44 axles and coils. The high clearance long travel arms provide maximum off-road performance while improving on road drivability. The one piece cross member fits tight under the chassis and above the frame allowing you to keep a lower center of gravity and lower lifts.

Features:

Heavy duty Cross member. Laser cut from ¼ steel plate and CNC formed for maximum strength. Notched for driveline clearance.
High clearance arms provide maximum clearance while reducing tire rub. Lower arms are built from heavy 1.875 DOM tubing. Each lower link includes greaseable bushings on the axle side to reduce vibration and an adjustable flex joint to adjust axle forward or backwards. Upper links are made from 1.25" DOM .25 wall tube and include double welded joints and an adjustable heim joint to set the correct caster angle.
Adjustable bump stops prevent coil binding while allowing the axle to travel.
Shot blasted and powder coated matte black.

Notes:

Welding is required. Coil buckets, transmission mounting brackets and track bar bracket will require welding on the frame.
Kit is designed to use the Jeep XJ lifted coils. Listed lift heights for the coils will be the same for the S10. I.e. 4.5" lifted jeep coils will provide 4.5" of lift on the S10. Although you could use stock coils, it is not recommend as this will limit up travel of the radius arms.
The S10 lug pattern and ABS system may be retained by using the S10 unit bearing to XJ adapter ring and re-drilling the jeep rotors. (Not included in the kit but available from Off-Road Direct).
