Off-Road Direct is excited to introduce a solid axle conversion kit for the 01-07 Chevy 1500 4wd trucks. After years in the solid axle conversion market for the 88-98 Chevy trucks we have developed several new solid axle kits for the 01-07 model years. No short cuts allowed.

88-98 Chevy Solid axle conversion kits:

- Trick front cross member made from 3/16" formed steel and DOM tubing that provides unparallel strength.
- Adjustable front and rear hangers allow use of 47" or longer 52" springs.
- Available for 32" or 36.5" spring width axles.
- Bolt on frame installation with minimal drilling and cutting.
- Bolt on front double shock hoops provide an aggressive and strong mounting location for single or double shock setup.
- Kit comes complete with all grade 8 hardware.

- Designed to use readily available chevy front springs.
- Bolt on frame installation with minimal drilling and cutting.
